Executive Retreat
My Role
Yahoo hosted an exclusive executive retreat designed to strengthen relationships with budget leaders from major technology companies. The experience brought together approximately 40 CMOs and marketing executives for three days of networking, curated programming, and premium hospitality in a secluded destination outside the city. As the Event Planner, Project Manager, and On-Site Coordinator, I led the planning and execution of the retreat from concept through completion. Because the on-site team was intentionally lean, every aspect of the attendee experience required detailed planning and coordination well before guests arrived.
